General Questions:
Can I play at Parimatch Poker?
You have to be at least 18 years old and gambling games should be allowed in your country. There are no other limitations for playing on our site.
How do I start playing?
To start playing you need to download our software (Poker client), install it and register. Once the program is installed, you can enter the Lobby (Main Menu), watch the game or join the players at the table.
Can I have more than one account?
No, each player can have only one account to play poker.
Can I change my User Name (Nick Name)?
No, you can not change your username. The username is your unique identification in the network, and it would be unfair if the players could change it. A very important part of the game is the possibility to know your opponents, their playing style and behaviour in different situations. If you could change the username these skills would be lost.
What if I forgot my username or password?
Since this information is confidential you should write a letter to the Pari-Match Poker support team at admin@parimatch.com
When I log into the poker client, I see that I have been temporarily blocked. Why am I blocked?!
Don't worry nothing terrible happened. Most likely that you have entered wrong password or login several times. Such account blocking is created automatically and released automatically in 10 minutes. Wait a bit and try to enter your password again.
How can I reset my play money balance?
Click "Reset Play Money" in My Accounts section.
What is the maximum number of tables I can play at once?
The number of open tables is limited to eight at the moment.
How long can I stay in Sit Out mode?
A player can stay in Sit Out mode for 15 minutes maximum. Then he/she will be removed from the table and returned to the lobby.
What are the restrictions on chat communication?
You can lose your opportunity to chat without the rehabilitation right in such cases:
- using of threatening or abusive language towards any player, visitor, or employee; - using of offensive language, as well as profanity
- racism;
- revealing of cards;
- discussion of any hands combination during the play;
- agreeing to check down a hand when a 3rd player is all in.
Technical Questions:
How can I download the poker client software to my computer?
It's quite simple to download the client. Click on "Download" and follow the instructions on the screen. If you have any problems downloading the program, please contact our support team at poker@parimatch.com and describe the problem.
The software is installed. How to start playing poker?
To start playing, find the «Parimatch Poker» icon on the desktop and click on it twice. Or you can click the Start button and select Parimatch Poker in Programs menu . The client software will start for playing poker. Enter your Pary-Match betting account number in the Login field and then register your poker room username. Now you can choose the game type and start playing.
The program is running but there is no sound, and also I would like to see the settings.
To turn on or turn off the sounds and perform other configuration you should select OPTIONS in the main menu of the client.
Do I need to go to www.parimatch.com site every time I want to play?
No. Just run the program and it will automatically connect to the server.
Why can't I authorize in the Poker, even though your site successfully accepts my login and password?
This situation is possible for players who use the old platform, and for players who have changed their password at Pari-Match. To ensure that your password is accepted by the poker client, you must synchronize the passwords between the site and the Poker. To do this, follow this link and click "Update password to access the Poker". After that, run the poker client, enter your username and password and click LOGIN
How can I delete Temporary Internet Files?
- Right-click on the Internet Explorer icon
- Left-click on Properties
- In new appeared window, click on Delete Temporary Internet Files
- Confirm by clicking OK
- Then select Delete Cookies
- Confirm by clicking OK
- Restart your Internet browser.
How do I update the version of the client software?
You do not have anything to do manually because the client is updated automatically.
Is there a 4 color deck feature?
We have the 4 color deck. You can select it in the Options section.
Is the iPoker compatible with Tracker?
Yes. You can find more information at www.pokertracker.com.
Is there a hand history feature? If so, do I have to activate this feature manually or it will be automatically activated when I install the client?
Yes, the client has this feature. If the player wants to disable this feature, he/she can do it in the Options section.
What will happen if my internet disconnects during the middle of a hand?
If for any reason a player loses his/her connection, the play will continue. The Blinds and ante will be posted automatically in the tournament and the player will be sitting out in ring game. The player must be authorized in the game as soon as possible and continue the play. Before the start of the game the player accepts the risk of disconnection. This can happen, and it happens. At no time will we assume responsibility for disconnected players regardless of the cause. In case of disconnection during the hand the player will have approximately 30 seconds to restore the connection. If the player is unable to reconnect, the hand will be folded unless the player uses all-in disconnection protection. If a player experiences timeout or network disconnection, he/she will automatically be marked "off the table" unless he/she unchecked the relevant field and re-joined the game.
What are the minimum system requirements in order to play poker comfortably?

Game Play Questions:
Can I play for free before I begin playing for real money?
Of course, you can. Just go to the Play Money Tables, located in the program lobby. Select the type of poker and table you want to play at. Click the JOIN TABLE button (in the lower right corner) and you will see the table you have selected. Take any vacant seat, marked as 'Sit Open', select the number of chips you will use at the table, and enjoy the game. You don't need any money to watch the game or to practice. But in any case, you should use real data when filling in the registration form. If you are going to play for real money you must deposit your account first.
How many chips do I get when playing for free (Play Money)?
You start off with 1,000 chips in your account.
What shall I do if all seats at the table I want to play are taken?
Click on Join Waiting List button in the lower right corner of the poker client to enter for the waiting list of this particular table or to use the extended specifications. You will be notified when a seat at this or similar, according to the extended specification, table is free.
How do I start playing?
As soon as 2 active players are seated at the table, the game will start in 30 seconds. Anyone who has been marked as "away" is considered inactive.
Can I play at more than one table at the same time?
Yes, it is possible to play at several tables at the same time. When it is time to act at one table it will "pop-up" in front of the others. Playing at two or more tables is only recommended for more experienced players. Please make sure that you are not slowing down the games for the other players.
Can I change seats in a poker game?
No.The only way to do this is to first leave the table and then come back. Please not that you will be treated as new player and if there are players on the Waiting List you may not be able to join the game again immediately.
What is the number of games (hand) and why is it used for?
Each game is given a certain number. This number is needed in cases when a player wants to see the history of his games, or when a player noticed some problems in particular games and wanted to review it and send a report to our Support Team. If you find any problem in the game or if you have questions about the game, remember its number, and contact the Support Team.
Where can I get information about the rules and how the games are played?
We recommend that all our players read the rules of the games before your start playing them. The easiest way to get familiar with our poker software and all the features is to visit our Games and Rules page.
Can I increase my deposit while playing at the table?
Yes. To do this open the lobby, clicking on the CASHIER button and select the Deposit feature.
How can I add the chips while playing at the table?
You can add chips, when playing at cash table, but can not exceed the maximum amount of Buy-In of the table you are playing at. When you sit at the table, you can see the Get More Chips button at the bottom of the window. The chips, which you want to add to your table will appear only after the current hand.
Can I play with my friend at the same table, if we have the same IP address?
It is not possible to play with another player from the same IP address. This is done to protect our players, to prevent possible collusions.
What Buy-In is needed to start the game at cash table?
Buy-In should be ten times more than the small blind. For example, in $5/$10 game the Buy-In is $50.
What happens if I have a hand and cannot return back in time to act?
If you do not return in time, your hand will automatically be folded if you have not put any money in the pot. If you have invested money in the pot you may be treated as all-in under certain circumstances. Each player can be in All-in position a fixed number of times within 24 hours. On Play Money tables your hand will be folded if you do not act in time, no matter the circumstances.
Tournament Questions
What is a Sit & Go tournament? What are the main principles?
Sit & Go Tournaments begin as soon as all the available seats are filled up. Usually these single table tournaments continue until one player wins all the chips.
What is a Multi-Table Tournament? What are the main principles?
The Multi-Table Tournaments start at pre-determined time and are limited to the minimum and maximum number of players. Up to 10000 players can be involved in these tournaments and distributed among hundreds of different tables. As the players are eliminated from the tournament, the number of the tables decreases. The tournament ends when one player wins all the chips.
How long does it takes to receive tournament winnings?
The tournament prizes are paid after total ending of each tournament.
Why is the tournament buy-in split into two parts?
The tournament fees are divided into two amounts for the following reason: in a regular table game a 'rake' is taken from the pot as a fee for providing the table, but this cannot be done in a tournament as there is a limited number of chips in play. Because of this the tournament buy-in is split into the prize pool amount and the rake that is paid to the company for providing the software.
What happens if two players are eliminated in the same hand?
If you are eliminated in the same hand as another player in a tournament then the player who had more chips at the start of the hand will be awarded the higher position.
Can I use FPP to register in the tournament?
Yes. There are some tournaments that are open only to players who have a certain amount of FPP.
Do you have any other poker tournaments except Hold'em?
It is possible to take part in Hold'em and Omaha tournaments. The possibility of including other versions of poker tournaments is considered.
