Money Depositing & Withdrawing

Buying the chips

You must have chips to play poker. You can find «CASHIER» button in Poker client. If you click it, the Cashier will open in new window. In «Deposit» section of the Cashier you can exchange your money from Parimatch.com betting account for Poker chips. The chips can be exchanged in the same way for the money on your Parimatch.com betting account in «Withdraw» section. Then you have to make a request in «Withdraw» section for money withdrawing from your Parimatch.com betting account.

 

New rules for financial operations servicing

Due to tightening of measures to ensure safety for funds transaction to/from players' accounts, as well as better monitoring to ensure fair play, the administration of the iPoker network introduces new rules for financial operations servicing of its clients.

Payment delay system – the new Security System feature, designed to stop fraudulent activity in the iPoker network.

How does it work?

This function automatically delays the winnings payment to the players for 72 hours. During this time the game is checked by the iPoker network Security System for possible fraudulent actions committed by the account holder or committed in relation to the owner of the account, including unauthorized access to client's betting account funds by third parties.

Note: Not all payments available on the player's account are delayed (only the part taken from the table).

Example:

$500 were on the player's account.

The client played for real money and won $300. So, $800 were on his account then.

Right after the end of the game the client wanted to withdraw all money from the Pari-Match Poker account to the Pari-Match bookmaking office account. When he tried to withdraw $ 800 he received an error message: Error - unknown code.

This error indicates that the winnings ($300) can not be withdrawn from the poker account within 72 hours.

Thus, if a player withdraws only $500 or less, the money in the usual way will be credited to his Pari-Match bookmaking office account. The player can use the delayed $300 without any restriction for playing poker, or after 72 hours from the moment of the request without any restrictions withdraw them to the Pari-Match bookmaking office account.

 

The payment delay feature is automatically disabled for accounts that were successfully checked a number of times.
