Interrupted Tournaments Payout Policy

Heads-Up Tournaments

1. Both players receive a refund of Buy-in + Fee.

 

All Sit’N’Go Tournaments

1. Eliminated players do not receive a refund
2. Remaining players receive refund made up as follows:
   
   1. Buy-in and Fee is returned.
   2. Each player receives and equal share of the buy-ins from the eliminated players.

 

Multi Table Tournaments (with Guaranteed Prize)

These payments depend upon when the tournament was interrupted:

If the prize money stage was not reached (if the tournament was at the re-buy stage then the prize money consists of all buy-ins + add-ons. If the re-buy stage was already closed then the prize money consists of the guaranteed prize:

1. Eliminated players do not receive a refund
2. Remaining players receive refund made up as follows:
   
   1. Buy-in and Fee is returned.
   2. The prize money is paid according to the following rules:
      
      1. 50% of the fund is shared equally among the remaining players
      2. 50% is distributed proportionally in relation to each player's chip count.

If the prize money stage has been reached:

1. Eliminated players do not receive a refund
2. Remaining players receive refund made up as follows:
   
   1. Buy-in and Fee is returned.
   2. Each player is also given an amount equal to the prize that the next eliminated player would have received if the tournament was not interrupted.
   3. 50% of the remaining prize money is distributed equally among the remaining players and 50% is shared in relation to each player's chip count.

 

Multi Table Tournament (No Guaranteed Prize)

If the prize money stage was not reached:

1. Eliminated players do not receive a refund
2. Remaining players receive refund made up as follows:
   
   1. Buy-in and Fee is returned.
   2. The prize money is paid according to the following rules:
      
      1. 50% of the fund is shared equally among the remaining players
      2. 50% is distributed proportionally in relation to each player's chip count.

   1. Buy-in and Fee is returned.

Freerolls

If the prize money stage was not reached:

1. Eliminated players do not receive a refund
2. 50% of the fund is shared equally among the remaining players
3. 50% is distributed proportionally in relation to each player's chip count.

If the prize money stage was reached:

1. Each player is also given an amount equal to the prize that the next eliminated player would have received if the tournament was not interrupted.
2. 50% of the remaining prize money is distributed equally among the remaining players and 50% is shared in relation to each player's chip count.

 

The poker room reserves the right to make manual adjustments to any payments in order to ensure that all players have received a fair settlement.
