Disconnection Protection

All in / Time Out Feature - the aim is to protect from disconnection (All-in protection) - to protect the interests of players, if their Internet connection will be interrupted when they participate in the pot. In case of disconnection your hand will continue playing with the amount of money that you already added to the pot. If your hand wins the pot you'll receive the part of the pot (the part in which you participated along with other players). Since you did not call like all other players did, an additional bank is created which will be won by the remaining players. If you no longer have the disconnection protection and happen to time-out for any reason, then your hand will be folded. The game server is able to determine connectivity to the client software running on your system. A player will only put you all-in if disconnected from the server. If a player has not lost connection to the server and fails to act on their hand, it will be folded.

Disconnection protection is in place for genuine disconnections only.

Any player who misuses this protection by intentionally disconnecting, may:

• forfeit any monies won
• lose Disconnection Protection privileges
• be locked.

We reserve the right eliminate any player from the game, who uses All in / Time Out Feature too often at the discretion of our management.

Players must accept the risk of disconnections. The disconnection may occur because of the circumstances beyond our control, and it happens from time to time.
